Waiter for Indian Restaurant in Al-Kuwait



We are seeking an experienced and customer service-oriented Waiter for an Indian restaurant in Al-Kuwait. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our customers by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This position is open to Indian nationals only.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks to customers promptly and accurately
- Check on customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Handle any customer complaints or issues with tact and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers or promotions
- Process payment transactions accurately

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Waiter in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Must be physically able to stand, lift, and carry heavy trays for extended periods of time
