Junior Accountant


We are hiring a Junior Accountant to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records and assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in accounting.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Reconciling bank statements and other accounts
- Processing invoices and payments
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Participating in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Providing support to senior accountants as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 1+ years of experience in an accounting role (internship experience will be considered)
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software (Quickbooks preferred)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
