Merchandiser for Retail Store in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait

We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store displays are visually appealing and stocked with the latest products. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in visual merchandising and a passion for fashion.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products and attract customers
- Ensure that all products are properly stocked and replenished on the sales floor
- Collaborate with buyers to select new products to feature on displays
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate them into displays
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock issues to management
- Assist with setting up promotional events and sales displays
- Train new employees on visual merchandising standards and techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail sales preferred
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and buyers
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Must have a valid work permit or be eligible for visa sponsorship in Kuwait
