Call Center Representative
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling incoming calls from customers in an efficient and professional manner. This position is based in Medina, Saudi Arabia and is suitable for both Indian and Pakistani nationals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Providing accurate information about products or services offered by the company
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Updating customer records with relevant information
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Meeting call quality and productivity targets set by the company
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must, as this role involves dealing with English-speaking customers
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts if required
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Salary & Benefits:
This full-time position offers a salary of 1200$ per month, along with accommodation provided by the company. Visa sponsorship will also be provided to successful candidates.
