As the wedding planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing all aspects of weddings for our Indian clients in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with the bride and groom to ensure their special day is everything they have dreamed of.

Your main duties as a wedding planner will include creating and managing budgets, sourcing and negotiating with vendors, designing event layouts, and overseeing the overall execution of the wedding. You will also be responsible for managing client expectations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring all details are taken care of.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience as a wedding planner or in a related field such as event planning or hospitality. You must also have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of the wedding.

As our clients are Indian, we prefer someone who is familiar with Indian customs and traditions. Knowledge of Hindi or any other Indian language would be an asset but not required. However, fluency in English is a must.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for you during your time in Jeddah.
