Retail Sales Associate

An established retail company in Jeddah is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting products, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock as needed
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays

Requirements:
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Salary: 1700$ per month (tax-free)

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (preference for Indian nationals)

Contract: 1 year (with possibility of extension)
