Junior Bank Teller - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia



We are currently hiring for the position of Junior Bank Teller in our Jeddah branch, located in the vibrant city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals who are looking to start their career in the banking industry.

As a Junior Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while performing various financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all transactions and ensuring that all cash balances are accounted for at the end of each day.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy as you will be handling sensitive financial information. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are also essential as you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis.

We are looking for candidates who have a strong work ethic and are willing to learn and grow within our organization. While prior experience in a similar role is preferred, we welcome fresh graduates or those without prior experience who possess the necessary skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Balance cash drawers at the end of each day
- Adhere to all banking policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations at the branch
- Continuously update knowledge of banking products and services

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong numerical skills with an ability to handle cash accurately
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Proficient in using computers and basic software applications
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
