Attorney - Legal Advisor



Our law firm in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Attorney to join our team as a Legal Advisor. As a legal advisor, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our clients, both individuals and businesses, on a wide range of legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters including contracts, intellectual property, employment law, and corporate governance
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance in providing advice
- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence
- Represent clients in court proceedings as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all consultations, meetings, and court appearances
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact our clients' businesses or personal affairs
- Work closely with other attorneys in the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Attorney or Legal Advisor
- Excellent knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is preferred but not required

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. We are looking for someone who can start immediately due to the urgent nature of the role.
