Information Security Analyst



As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting the company's sensitive data and systems from cyber threats. This includes developing and implementing security protocols, conducting risk assessments, and monitoring network activity. You will also be responsible for investigating and responding to security incidents.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Monitor network activity for any potential security breaches.
- Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Provide training to employees on information security awareness.
- Implement access controls and authentication methods to protect sensitive data.
- Perform regular audits of systems, applications, and devices to ensure compliance with security standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Certification in information security (e.g. CISSP, CEH) is preferred.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
