Senior UX Designer

We are a rapidly expanding tech company in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our products and services. You will work closely with our development team to understand user needs and translate them into engaging designs that enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Conduct usability testing and make necessary adjustments to improve the user experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design work
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English

Preferred:
- Experience working with Indian clients or users
- Familiarity with English-speaking markets
- Experience working on full-time projects with accommodation provided
- Valid visa and willingness to relocate to Qatar

This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1000 per month. We also provide free accommodation, visa sponsorship, and flight tickets for non-local candidates.
