Art Director
We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and visual elements of various projects, ensuring they align with our company's overall vision and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives and requirements.
- Develop design concepts and oversee the creation of visual assets such as graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
- Provide direction and feedback to designers and ensure the quality and consistency of design work.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Present design concepts to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and collaborate with team members.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience working in an English-speaking environment is preferred.
- Malayalee nationality is preferred but not required.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1400$ per month along with other benefits such as health insurance, annual leave, etc.
