Handyman - Maintenance Technician
As a Handyman - Maintenance Technician in our company based in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in handyman work and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Respond to requests for repairs and maintenance from both employees and tenants
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies and materials for repairs
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Handyman or Maintenance Technician
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in Qatar or the Middle East region
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- Valid Qatari driver's license

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. As this role does not include accommodation, it is ideal for individuals who already have their own accommodation in Al-Rayyan. We welcome applicants from all nationalities with valid work visas.
