Concierge Assistant - Entry Level (Indian Nationals Only)


We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and multicultural environment while providing exceptional service to our guests.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Concierge team in providing excellent customer service to our guests. Your main duties will include answering guest inquiries, making reservations, and coordinating transportation services. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk and lobby area.

We welcome individuals who are looking to start their career in hospitality and do not require any previous experience. This is a great opportunity for freshers or those who are looking for their first job in Qatar. Our company is also offering visa sponsorship for successful candidates who are currently living outside of Qatar.

As a Concierge Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

- Greeting guests with a warm welcome and providing them with information about the hotel's facilities and services
- Assisting guests with their luggage and directing them to their rooms
- Responding to guest inquiries through phone calls, emails, or face-to-face interactions
- Making reservations for restaurants, spa services, tours, or other activities as requested by guests
- Coordinating transportation services for guests including airport transfers and car rentals
- Maintaining an organized and clean concierge desk area at all times
- Keeping up-to-date with local events and attractions in order to provide recommendations to guests

Requirements:
- Indian nationality is a must for this position
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Previous experience is not necessary
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
