Business Coach

As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for helping individuals and organizations achieve their business and personal goals through coaching and mentorship. You will work with clients to identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and provide support and guidance throughout the process. Your role will also involve conducting workshops, seminars, and training sessions to help clients develop essential skills for success. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in business coaching or a related field. This is a full-time position based in Al-Khor, Qatar, with a salary of 1400$. Biometric passport is required for this role. This is an urgent position, so we are specifically looking for candidates who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct coaching sessions with clients to identify their goals and create action plans
- Provide support and guidance to clients throughout their journey
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to help clients develop essential skills
- Keep track of client progress and make necessary adjustments to the action plan
- Network and market services to attract new clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business coaching

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business coaching or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or relevant field
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language proficiency is a plus)
- Proven track record of helping individuals or organizations achieve their goals through coaching
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Knowledge of different coaching techniques and methodologies
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients at once
