Experienced Waiter/Server in Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Pakistani/African Nationals)


We are currently hiring for an experienced Waiter/Server to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Waiter/Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. This position is suitable for men and does not include accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menu and provide recommendations to customers
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Serve food and beverages to customers according to established standards
- Check on customers throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions
- Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/server in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with ease
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper serving techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed during shifts

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, along with tips. Additional benefits include health insurance and annual leave.
