We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced English Tutor to provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions for students in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As an English Tutor, your main responsibility will be to help students improve their English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening. You will work closely with students of all ages and backgrounds to assess their current level of proficiency and create personalized lesson plans to meet their specific needs and goals. This position is ideal for a fluent English speaker who has a passion for teaching and a strong understanding of the English language.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions for students of all ages and levels
- Assess each student's current level of proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Create personalized lesson plans based on each student's needs and goals
- Provide engaging and interactive lessons that focus on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and comprehension
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
- Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress
- Prepare students for exams or tests if necessary

Requirements:
- Native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in English language or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Prior experience teaching/tutoring students from different age groups and backgrounds
- Strong understanding of grammar rules and ability to explain them effectively
- Patient, flexible, and friendly demeanor
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning styles
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other tutors

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Free visa sponsorship and travel ticket will be provided for non-Kuwaiti nationals.
