Seasonal Truck Driver

We are a transportation company based in Al-Kuwait and we are currently seeking experienced Indian truck drivers for a seasonal position. As a Seasonal Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods from one location to another within the country. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy traveling and have experience in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities:
- Operate a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW)
- Load and unload goods onto the truck using proper equipment and techniques
- Plan routes and follow delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Inspect trucks before and after trips to ensure safe operation and report any issues or damages to the supervisor
- Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other necessary logs
- Communicate with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during deliveries

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with experience driving trucks in Kuwait
- At least 2 years of experience as a truck driver in the transportation industry
- Good knowledge of Kuwait's roads, highways, and traffic laws
- Ability to operate GPS systems, maps, and other navigation tools effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
The salary for this seasonal position is 1700$ per month.

Note: This is a seasonal job for Indian nationals only. The contract period will be for 3 months initially with the possibility of extension depending on performance. Accommodation, transportation, and meals will be provided by the company.
