We are searching for Indian nationals to join our team as Call Center Representatives in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, or requests. Your main goal will be to provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the root cause and providing appropriate solutions
- Provide information to customers regarding products or services offered by the company
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to handle different topics during phone calls
- Utilize computer systems to track, gather information, and enter data
- Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, productivity, and quality standards
Requirements:
- Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport
- Fluent in English speaking and writing skills
- No prior experience required as training will be provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays if needed
