We are hiring for an Information Security Analyst to join our team in Umm-Salal, Qatar on a contract basis. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and securing our company's information systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect company data.
- Monitor network traffic and investigate any suspicious activity.
- Respond to security incidents and provide technical support as needed.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends in order to proactively protect company data.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role.
- Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security tools.
- Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Unix.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Requirements:
- Advanced certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
- Experience with cloud computing security practices.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations such as GDPR or HIPAA.
