Speech Therapist



We are hiring a Speech Therapist to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with individuals who have speech and language disorders to assess, diagnose, and provide treatment plans to improve their communication skills. Your responsibilities will include conducting evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, and providing ongoing therapy sessions. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families to ensure the best care for your patients. The ideal candidate should have experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, be fluent in English, and hold a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech and language abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
- Provide ongoing therapy sessions to address communication disorders
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families to ensure coordinated care
- Educate patients and families on strategies for improving communication skills
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Speech Therapist
- Experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid biometric passport is required for international travel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
