Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring the smooth operation of office activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for senior management
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents as needed
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses and assist with budget management
- Serve as the main point of contact for all visitors to the office
- Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up workstations and providing necessary resources
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Requirements:
- Indian or Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluency in English is required
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
