Administrative Assistant - Dukhan, Qatar
We are currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence
- Assist with document preparation and data entry
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Handle incoming calls and greet visitors
- Make travel arrangements as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
Salary: $1200 per month.
