We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and that all departments are running efficiently.

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Doha, Qatar (Malayalee preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction
- Monitor budget and financial performance to ensure profitability
- Oversee staff training and development to maintain high levels of service
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to drive business growth
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and make necessary improvements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management (Malayalee preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and best practices
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving financial goals
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems, property management systems, and Microsoft Office suite
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
