Housekeeping Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations at our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all guest rooms and public areas, as well as managing a team of housekeeping staff.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for housekeeping operations
- Train and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer service
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they are well-maintained and meet company standards
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Maintain records of room occupancy, cleaning schedules, and other relevant information
- Address any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments such as Front Office and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations for guests
- Conduct performance evaluations for housekeeping staff and provide coaching or disciplinary action when necessary

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and industry standards for housekeeping operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. Candidates from Pakistan or African countries are preferred. Fluency in English is required.
