Concierge Assistant
We are in search of an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and clients, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience during their stay. As a Concierge Assistant, you will assist with arranging transportation, making reservations, and offering recommendations for local attractions and activities. You will also handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required as training will be provided. This is a seasonal job opportunity open to Egyptian nationals with English fluency. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided for the duration of the contract.
