Business Coach (Contract, Visa Sponsorship Available)

As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals and organizations looking to improve their business practices and achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients develop their business skills
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to clients to help them reach their specific goals
- Analyze client's current business strategies and identify areas for improvement
- Develop customized action plans for clients based on their unique needs
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support and accountability
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order to provide the most relevant guidance to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in business coaching or consulting role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement
- Ability to adapt coaching style based on individual client needs
- Flexibility to work with clients from different backgrounds and industries
- Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
