Job Title: Merchandiser
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the display and promotion of products in retail stores, ensuring that they are visually appealing and effectively marketed to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching product displays in stores to attract customers and increase sales.
- Work closely with sales teams and store managers to understand product offerings and develop merchandising strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Make recommendations for product placement, pricing, and promotions based on market data.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns for new products or seasonal items.
- Train store staff on proper product placement techniques and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Ensure that all products have accurate pricing labels and are properly stocked at all times.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor displays, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is required.
- Strong understanding of retail marketing strategies and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with store managers, sales teams, and suppliers.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
