Housekeeping Supervisor
The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping staff in a hotel located in Doha, Qatar. This full-time position requires a candidate with experience in housekeeping and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate should also have a good understanding of different cleaning methods and materials, as well as be able to communicate effectively with staff members. This position is open to both Pakistani and Malayalee candidates, and no English language proficiency is required. The salary for this role is 1100$, and the company will provide a free visa and ticket for the selected candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures, health and safety regulations, and company policies
- Assign daily tasks to staff members
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules
- Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of different cleaning methods and materials
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff members from diverse backgrounds
- Understanding of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping duties
- Experience in training new employees is preferred
