Waiter/Waitress

We are in need of a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring that the dining experience is enjoyable for all.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive and guide them to their tables
- Present menus and answer any questions about menu items
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure all drinks are refilled and any additional requests are taken care of promptly
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays
