Job Title: Waiter/Server at Fine Dining Restaurant in Bani Yas City, UAE


We are currently hiring enthusiastic and experienced waiters/servers to join our team at a fine dining restaurant located in Bani Yas City, UAE. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a high-end restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and showcasing their knowledge of food and beverage.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, ensuring they have a pleasant and comfortable dining experience
- Present menus and make recommendations based on customers' preferences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure customers' needs are met throughout their dining experience
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area for the next customers
- Process payments accurately using POS systems

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/server in a fine dining restaurant is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guests' needs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must hold a valid visa for working in the UAE
