Web Developer - Part Time (Indian Nationals)

We are a fast-growing tech company based in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait and we are seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for Indian nationals who are looking for English speaking jobs and have experience in web development. This position does not provide accommodation or visa sponsorship, so candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Kuwait. This job is also suitable for students who are looking for part-time employment.

As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites from layout to function according to our company's specifications. Your main focus will be creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet the needs of our clients and users. You must have strong knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP as well as experience with content management systems like WordPress.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing websites from scratch using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other programming languages.
- Creating website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
- Integrating data from various back-end services and databases.
- Ensuring website optimization for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implementing responsive design principles to ensure cross-platform compatibility.
- Conducting website testing to identify any technical problems or bugs.
- Troubleshooting website issues quickly and efficiently.
- Monitoring website traffic, performance, and capacity to identify any potential issues.
- Keeping up-to-date with emerging web technologies and trends.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
- Experience working with content management systems like WordPress.
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Sketch is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and solve technical issues quickly.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English.
