We are seeking a skilled Plumber Supervisor to oversee and manage our plumbing team for various projects in Dubai, UAE. As a Plumber Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of plumbers in completing various plumbing projects.
- Review project plans and specifications to determine materials and labor required.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other tradespeople to ensure smooth project execution.
- Inspect work progress to ensure high quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
- Train new employees on proper plumbing techniques and safety procedures.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for projects.
- Ensure all necessary permits are obtained before starting work on a project.
- Keep accurate records of labor, materials, and project expenses.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber Supervisor or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and other stakeholders.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in plumbing is a plus.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
