Logistics Coordinator


We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the transportation and distribution of goods, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily transportation activities, including scheduling shipments and tracking deliveries
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Negotiate rates with carriers and manage transportation costs
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking information and delivery times
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading and unloading of goods
- Monitor inventory levels to anticipate any potential supply chain issues
- Collaborate with other departments to improve logistics processes and optimize efficiency
- Resolve any transportation or delivery issues that may arise in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to logistics operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role in the supply chain industry
- Familiarity with logistics software, such as ERP systems or TMS
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
