Legal Adviser - Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are a reputable law firm in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal system in the UAE and be able to provide sound legal advice and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on various matters including contracts, disputes, and compliance
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance of advice given
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' businesses or cases
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role in the UAE
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Salary: 1200$ (negotiable depending on qualifications and experience)

This is a full-time position with standard working hours. Own visa holders are preferred.
