Industrial Engineer - Abu Dhabi, UAE

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the field and possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of projects
- Conduct time studies and establish standard work methods to optimize efficiency
- Monitor production metrics and make recommendations for process improvements
- Train employees on new processes and technologies
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel or Minitab
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present findings to management
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
