Warehouse Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia



As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Your main duties will include managing inventory levels, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock levels and coordinating with other departments to fulfill customer orders.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent organizational and leadership skills. Knowledge of warehouse management systems and experience in inventory control is essential. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are also important qualities for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor productivity and efficiency of warehouse processes to meet company targets.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and report any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Identify areas for improvement within the warehouse operations process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
