Hotel Sales Manager

We are currently hiring a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager for our luxury hotel located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable deals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Analyze sales data and make adjustments to strategies as needed
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's facilities, services, and competitive landscape
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
