Job Title: IT Manager


As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the information technology department in our company. Your main goal will be to ensure that all IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently, and that they meet the needs of our business.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives
- Evaluate and implement new technological systems and infrastructure
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technological needs
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and databases
- Proven experience with system integration, implementation, and maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-tech individuals
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
