We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Umm-Said, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure exceptional levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor budgetary expenses for the housekeeping department.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with varying schedules.
