Art Director for Creative Agency in Qatar


We are a leading creative agency based in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar and we are seeking a talented Art Director to join our team. This is a contract position, perfect for someone without experience looking to gain valuable skills and experience in the advertising industry.

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our projects and campaigns. Your creative vision and execution will help bring our clients' brands to life and drive results. You must have a strong eye for design, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team of designers, copywriters, and account managers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for advertising campaigns that align with client objectives
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to bring concepts to life through innovative designs
- Lead brainstorming sessions and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Ensure all visual elements meet brand standards and guidelines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Design or related field
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in advertising or marketing
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Strong understanding of branding principles
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport required for travel purposes

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month based on experience.
