Animation Designer

We are a leading animation studio in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar seeking a talented and experienced Animation Designer to join our team. As an Animation Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 2D and 3D animations for a variety of projects including films, TV shows, advertisements, and video games.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and develop unique animation concepts
- Create storyboards, character designs, and background layouts
- Use various animation techniques such as traditional hand-drawn, computer-generated, or stop-motion to bring characters and scenes to life
- Ensure that all animations are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Continuously research and implement new techniques to improve the overall quality of animations
- Work closely with other animators and artists to maintain consistency in style and vision throughout projects

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in animation design or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of animation styles and techniques
- Proficient in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, or Blender
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working on film or television projects is preferred
- Visa sponsorship will be provided for non-Qatari nationals
