Wedding Planner

As a wedding planner in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of a couple's special day. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and budget, and then use your creativity and organizational skills to bring their dream wedding to life.

Your main duties will include meeting with clients to discuss their needs and preferences, creating detailed event timelines and budgets, scouting and booking venues, selecting vendors (such as photographers, caterers, florists), negotiating contracts, managing guest lists and RSVPs, overseeing event set-up and execution, and handling any last-minute issues that may arise.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and vendors from different backgrounds. You must also have strong attention to detail to ensure that every aspect of the wedding is executed flawlessly. Prior experience in event planning or customer service is preferred.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. While no specific educational requirements are necessary for this role, previous experience in event planning or hospitality is highly valued.
