Hotel Manager

As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. Your main responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. This is a full-time position open to Pakistani nationals with excellent English speaking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other departments
- Ensure that all departments are working together efficiently to provide excellent service to guests
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction
- Manage and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service
- Monitor financial performance and make strategic decisions to increase profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement changes as needed to remain competitive in the market

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) is a must
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of financial management principles
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management
- Strong customer service orientation
