Waiter for Indian Restaurant in Al-Kuwait

We are a highly rated Indian restaurant in Al-Kuwait and we are seeking a skilled and experienced waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a busy restaurant setting, preferably in an Indian cuisine restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, take orders, and make recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Handle cash payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food
- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with grace
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask efficiently
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
