Job Title: Indian Merchandiser in Sharjah, UAE


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Indian Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to promote and sell products to our target audience. You will also be responsible for managing product inventory, negotiating with suppliers, and analyzing market trends to make informed decisions.

The ideal candidate should have a biometric passport and be fluent in English, as well as having a strong understanding of the Indian market and consumer preferences. Previous experience in merchandising is not required, but preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies to increase sales
- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are always available
- Negotiate with suppliers to get the best deals on products
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to make informed decisions on product selection
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective promotions and campaigns
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Biometric passport is a must
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantage
- Strong understanding of the Indian market and consumer preferences
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
