Industrial Engineer

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, reducing costs, and improving efficiency in our industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new methods and techniques to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Conduct time studies and work measurement to improve process flow
- Design layout of equipment and workspaces for maximum efficiency
- Utilize statistical tools and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Monitor production performance and identify areas for optimization
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering role
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques
- Proficient in statistical analysis tools such as Minitab or Excel
- Experience with CAD software is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, based on qualifications and experience.

This position is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
