Farm Supervisor


We are seeking a hardworking and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Farm Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the farm, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of farm workers.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed according to quality standards.
- Monitor crop growth and make recommendations for irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, production, and equipment maintenance.
- Train new employees on proper farming techniques and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage crop harvesting, packaging, and transportation processes.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of farm equipment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Farm Supervisor or Farmer.
- Knowledge of farming techniques, irrigation systems, fertilizers, and pest control methods.
- Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions.
