Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and accurate operations
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for warehouse operations
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain high standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise in warehouse operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with inventory management software is preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed
