Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be in charge of managing inventory levels, ensuring timely and accurate shipping and receiving of goods, and maintaining a safe and organized working environment. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month, suitable for Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock
- Supervise shipping and receiving processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor employee productivity and performance, providing training or corrective action as needed
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues
- Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implement solutions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Proven ability to lead a team effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with relevant software systems (e.g. WMS)
- Must currently reside in Riyadh with own valid visa
