Junior Legal Counsel - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to clients in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position that does not require previous experience and is open to Indian and Pakistani nationals. This is an urgent role, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and support to clients in various areas of law, including corporate law, commercial contracts, labor law, and intellectual property
- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
- Conduct legal research on local laws and regulations relevant to client cases
- Participate in meetings with clients to discuss legal matters and provide solutions
- Assist in court proceedings and represent clients in legal disputes when necessary
- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients' businesses
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best possible outcome for clients

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
- Admitted to practice as an Attorney in India or Pakistan
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new areas of law and adapt quickly

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
